On December 20, 2023, Suzhou Trace Technology Co., Ltd, a key project selected under the National Overseas Student Entrepreneurship Initiation Support Programme, led by Dong Zhen, Chairman of the Board of Directors, visited School of Chemical Engineering and Chemistry of the University, and Wang Zhenbo, a national high-level talent selected, a foreign member of the Russian Academy of Engineering, and professor of the School of Chemical Engineering and Chemistry, and members of his team received the guests.
During the discussion and exchange, Wang Zhenbo expressed his warm welcome to the visit of Dong Zhen and his team, introduced the development of electrochemistry and the research dynamics and achievements in the field of new energy and new materials of the university, looked forward to the future development prospects of new energy and new materials, and highlighted the possible direction of co-operation between the two sides. Subsequently, Dong Zhen introduced the company’s core technologies, product paths and R&D achievements, and focused on the company’s new energy system integrated electronic control solutions under the support of hydrogen-lithium hybrid, put forward the bottlenecks in the large-scale application of hydrogen energy and the pain points of hydrogen power system market, and expressed the hope that the two sides can carry out joint research in the areas of low-temperature fuel cell auxiliary lithium-ion batteries and the optimisation of the hydrogen fuel cell under the extreme harsh working conditions. We hope that both parties can carry out joint research on low temperature fuel cell assisted lithium ion battery and optimisation of hydrogen fuel cell under extreme working conditions.
After the meeting, Dong Zhen and his team also visited the laboratory of the group. Dong Qinghua, CTO of Suzhou SEEEX Technology Co., Ltd, and Li Hui, assistant to the chairman of the board of directors, Zhang Xuewei, researcher of School of Chemical Engineering and Chemistry, Zhang Guoxu, associate professor, Zhang Yunlong, lecturer, and Shen Lixiao, Ph.D., doctor of the School of Chemical Engineering and Chemistry, and Zhu Lin, commissioner of the Suzhou Research Institute of Education and Development Centre of Students’ Talent Cultivation, took part in the forum.
