A few days ago, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security announced the list of selected personnel for the 2023 China Overseas Educated Personnel Returning to China for Entrepreneurship Start-up Support Programme, and Dr. Dong Zhen of SEEEX Technology was successfully selected as a recommended list (2 persons) for the province’s key category by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security.

The China Overseas Educated Personnel Returning to China for Entrepreneurship Start-up Support Programme is formulated and implemented by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Every year, a group of enterprises founded by overseas educated personnel returning to China with strong innovation ability, high development potential and good market prospect are selected nationwide and given key support at the initial start-up stage to accelerate the transformation of their scientific and technological achievements and achieve rapid development of the enterprises.
This is the second national project awarded to Dr Dong Zhen after he won the gold medal in the National Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, which is a recognition and affirmation of the series of achievements he has made after returning to China to start up his own business and leading his team to empower hydrogen and related new energy systems with power electronic methods for more than 2 years.
